I am a member of all the sites on the poll. Each site has it's own strengths and weakness. It was not my intention to bag out any of these sites and I was not trying to encourage people to do so either.
If anything...I thought I was giving the other sites a free plug.

One thing that happens all to aften is a senseless crap fight, it is a totally stupid ego thingo.

The internet is one way of voicing an opinion, but doesnt mean that it is right.

I can't wok out why all the dramas, all the sites are great, we all have a love of the same thing - reptiles, so who cares which site is best. Some you get heaps of garbage, some you get heaps of good info and some are fairly inactive, but all in all, they are all pretty good.

Same here, i think it depends on which site you find and become a member of first. Im sure they all have their own great little communities like we do here, and if i found any of the other sites before this one, then it would be my aps substitute i reckon.
I stay here cause im settled here and know alot of the members on a personal level which makes it more fun when reading and posting.

And most longer term members have learnt to ignore the crap i post between 5 and 7am on saturday/sunday mornings, cause its usually drunken ranter anyway.....LOL

i actually think this is a good idea for a poll.... i'm kinda new to all this and i only knew about two of those sites (the least used ones).. so now i have more sites to check out and hopefully a bit more info....

I liked what Greebs was trying to do. It's a pity that some misconstrued his intentions, which I know were positive.

As for the other sites - by the time I'm finished moderating, adding new members, setting up galleries and reading all the posts, I'm all computered out! So.... can't express an opinion, Greebs! Sorry! ;-)

I like this one simply because it was the first one I found. I joined and I found everyone to be extremely helpful. Well, the annoying ones are easy enough to ignore. No reason to look elsewhere. I also find some of the other sites hard to navigate.
