White spot on our Spotted Pyhton

Hello all,

Just thought I would ask if anybody has any ideas on what could be the white spot I have noticed on our Spotted python. He just shed his skin over the weekend, so I don't know if that could be part of it. The white spot is only on one scale on the back of his neck. He is not fond of letting me touch there but I did and the spot feels no different to a normal scale. Maybe it is just his colouration and I just haven't noticed it before. Any ideas you have would be great. I tried to get a photo, but it is really hard to get a close up and keep him still at the same time.

I guess it's a white spotted python

Can't see any pics. But if it is only since fresh shed could just be a scale that was damaged in the shedding process, should go away next shed.
