does anyone have any stories on their adventures herping.
my best 1 would have to be when i found a bandy bandy and an eastern small eyed snake or when i found heaps of jacky dragons, blue tongues and land mullets.
Im looking to keep some garden skins in my enclosure... would they be hard to keep, I have UV and Heat for them... i asume they eat little bugs and insects and could i add bigger lizzards in there with them say a netted or bearded dragons??
Inspired by the record last night, I propose a Best Photo Comp 8)

Just curious as to why SA Woma's are cheaper than other forms.
It is obvious that NT animals are more common than SA animals, so you would think the rarer species would hold more value, but obviously this is not the case here. I have heard its because they are a dull, dark colour as adults many...

HI all,
i was wondering why is it illegal to sell reptiles in NSW pet shops. it is kind of silly when almost every state in Australia permits the sale of reptiles in pet shops.
I also reckon the NSW license system should follow the Vic license system in have exempt common species such as...

One of my workmates saw this snake near his house (Sydney area) and I was wondering if anyone could help ID it. The markings on the head are particularly interesting.
I bought a coastal carpet python. It was nearly the first time i had seen a hatchling...i have a few large pythons but have only really started to get into it...so i was blown away by the smallness and cuteness of the little guy and parted with my dollars.
I have been unable to get it to eat...

I was sold a Green Tree Snake that was supposedly eating pinky rats. I have had her for some time now and all I can get her to eat is frogs that I catch or Lizards such as garden skinks or water skinks from the creeks near home.I really want her to eat more readily available and healthier meals...
