If something that obviously bad has passed out of your snake why would you be sitting on the comp still trying to find out?TAKE IT TO THE VET! and if you have, tell us what the outcome was!

it looks to me like a undigested pinky , the legs would have digested easyly but the rest of the body looks intact , were your temps right after its last feed ?
it looks like a vet trip is needed.
