Is there a way to tell what blood line a jungle python is ?

No there is not. Jungles are highly variable and most pattern forms can be found in any locality animal. As for particular lines, some lines have certain traits that a breeder has bred specifically for however again, it's highly cariable and just about imposible to tell where a jungle came from. You'll have to rely on the honesty of the breeder.
