Hi,
Guys i am hoping to breed my pair of thick tailed geckos, they are 2 yrs old, i only got them about 3 and a half weeks ago, the female has a regenerated tail, it was like this when i bought them, they are being kept in a 45cm wide x 45cm deep x 60cm tall exo-terra enclosure(NOTE*I know it is tall i was originally putting frogs in it but decided on gex) they have URS Red desert sand as the substrate, an exo-terra magnetic den on the warm side and a Bask n bath hide rock(it has a water bowl connected to a hide) there is a plant inside the tank(exo-terra) i have recently put a chinese container fill with sand with a hole in the lid for a nest box(i think this is right) i also spray them twice a day, sometimes 3 times a day, i feed them every 2-3days on medium crickets, so what do i do to help them breed?, oh there temps. range during the day about 26-28 degrees and at night and in the early morning it is at about 22-25 degrees, so what else do i need to do?
Thanks,
Chris

how do you upload pictures so i can show you there tank, but in the picture of there setup i havn't got the chinese box in it.

Milii will breed when they are ready to do so, the keeper really doesn't have to do anything special. Are you sure of their age? and their history? 100%? as usually ones with regrown tails have been wild caught, not always, but usually, and wild caught milii can be much harder to breed successfully, due to stress and age. I bought my milli as half grown yearlings (a trio), I pumped them up to full size by their second year, at two years old, the females laid a few slugs but it wasn't untill their third year they produced fertile eggs, and they laid a stack of them, and have done ever since.
