Evolution is not a hypothesis.
Things evolve all the time and some tyhings evolve so qiuickley they can be observed.
Fruit fly are a wonderful example. Isolate them and change their environment and the evolve and adapt to their new situation.
I dont understand things but I dont deny their existence.
There are many evolutionary theories that is true but they are based in the existence of evolution.
Your dictioary definition of fact sits well with me. It doesnt though mention faith as an element of fact. Oddly a large number of scientists are able to embrace the concepts of creation and evolution together.
