changing vic license

Hi everyone, i am quite keen on getting a woma and i was wondering how i go about upgrading my license from basic to advanced? Do i call the dse and send my money off or do i have to fill out a whole new application? I would also like to know if i would get a new record book and do i have to transfer all the details from the first one into the new one?

you call dse and ask for an amendment form they will generally send one out next day

I just rang them cos i had to change my address. There is an amendment form on the DSE web site. The second page has a part for upgrading license. Fill that in and it had a part on how much you have to pay also. And then send the form and payment back to them.

It wont be a number change as such, the only thing that will generally change is the -B to an -A
