well my coastal is over a year old and had him for almost a month now.

well he has a mite problem pretty sure he had them when i came and ive taken him to th vet got the mite injection and cleaned his cage out 3-4 times now..

also he has been weezing every now and then and has had the RI injections (5) and he is still weezing? it happens every now and then but as im not with him 24/7 it could be more?

could it be anything besides a RI the vet said it couldnt be anything else but he wa sonly showign lite symtoms and its better to get onto it sooner rather then later..

also he did a mass cRap and likes to roll in it i found out. how do i get it off him i bathed him yesturday for the mites 1:500 orange medic + mixture for the mites and then gave him a normal bath today... but the smell is terrible how do i get it off him? or the smell to go away. he is being kept in a basic setup as im trying to get rid of the mites so he gets water every couple of days for a coupel hours nd its in a water bowl he cant fit into as the vet intructed me to do.

any help is appreciated.

You have to treat the enclosure as well as the snake for mites other wise he will still have them. You need to get top of descent mite spray and follow the instructions.

So you have spray the stuff in the enclosure. You have to keep doing it every 7 days until the mites have gone.

yea ive been using orange medic the guy at the shop i got it off says he uses orange medic instead cause it works just as good and the vet said orange medic is good aswell
