I'm not sure at what age this comes inI would say that it is a female. lacks a pronounced crest on the back of the neck and the chest is not bright red. Also as @dragonlover1 said you can check for hemipenes by lifting the tail and seeing if you can see two lumps on either side of the cloaca.
