Ecotech Dimming Thermostat

Would someone with a bit of knowledge of the Ecotech Dimming Thermostat be able to tell me if they have a serviceable fuse inside? Mine won't turn off once maximum temp is reached. Thanks in advance

There is a glass tube fuse inside, but I’m not sure that’s the issue. I’m having the same issue with mine and the fuse is in tact.

Let me know if you find out why, mine is also doing this so I'm looking into an alternative
