Eggs and mould.

Can I get some opinions on wether or not I should worry about this little spot on my egg! They've only been incubating for a week. All of the clutch is fertile...

Whats usually the best course of action for mould? I dropped the humidity back some what. The incubator fluctuates by 0.3°c.
