Frog swallowed aquaload insect hydration

While feeding my frogs a lump of pisces aquaload fell into the box and my frog swallowed it before I was able to get it out. She was so fast! I couldn't even wrestle it from her mouth.

I'm not sure what to do. The unusual pets vet is closed for the next 13hrs. I can't find any information on line.

Help please!
