Heating options for green tree frogs

I'm wanting to provide heat for my frogs using something that doesn't emit light so it can be used at night. I've heard people say carbon fibre bulbs are good but I've also heard someone say they will dry out the frogs.

What do you guys recommend? And what dome reflectors do you use for ceramic and carbon fibre heaters? I need two smallish dome reflectors because the wire mesh area on top of my enclosure is 38x15cm.

You could use a heating pad they don’t emit light. Ceramic heaters don’t go in reflectors they go in cages that hang over the mesh.
