Help!! Discoloured scales on my olive

I have a 6 month old olive I have had since a hatchling. She has been eating and growing fast but recently I noticed these marks on her. I took her back to the breeder and he said there was nothing to worry about and it will go away. I have not found any ticks in her water or around her eyes or head so I am worried it may be scale rot. I know it is hard to give a diagnosis from a couple of pics but could anyone please give me some idea what it might be or if the breeder is right and it is nothing to worry about.

There is nothing wrong with it in those pics imo

Why would the breeder lie about it??

If you're that worried take it to a vet and get a biopsy done but it all looks fine to me.
