How to lower humidity for my 3 month old childrens python

So im currently keeping my 3 month old childrens python in a 20x20x15 cm enclosure using critter comfort fine bedding with a heat mat set to 30° and a shot glass for his water bowl but im running into the problem of his enclosure having condensation and humidity around 90% even with a fan going in the room just wondering if you guys know any tips to lower it

Yeah it has a mesh top and when I'm at home I'll take the lid off

Is the shot glass of water ontop of the heat pad can I ask is the enclosure a glass box as ventilation is the way to control humidity not a lot of cross ventilation in a glass cube with a mesh lid

thinking the enclosure is too small to circulate any air mate 200mm l x 200mm b x 150mm h is small even for a neonate sistema used to make a great plastic tub must have been 350l x 250w x 150h with cleaver placed vent holes was perfect for creating natural convection
