HELP Turtle attacked by dog

I got home this arvo to find my little sawshell turtle had somehow managed to get out and my puppy has been chewing on him. His shell is pretty bad, it is bleeding a bit and even under his body is bleeding. He is about 6cm across and a good 1 or 2 cm is taken out of his shell. It has been bitten into where his body is.

What should I do, he must be in pain, I have him in a seperate tank at the moment.

Is there anything I can add to the water to help heal it? I will going the vet in the morning.

Make sure that you secure all the holes so it can't get out again and yeah the vet is the best option maybe someone else can help

yea I have, he must have really really tried to get out cause it wouldnt have been easy
