Are there any techniques to help my beardie poo?
He nasn't gone for a couple of days now and he normally goes once a day.
He seems very lathargic.
Any ideas?
cheers.

Sounds like it could be impacted. Is it on sand?

Vet is best, especially if it is lethargic already, but you could try giving it a warm bath and gently massage above the vent.

If the Beardie is impacted weather food or sand as the other replies have said give her a bath in warm water and gently massage her stomach to help her poo.
Does her stomach fell bloated or hard? Is she walking ok?
If you are worried a vet is probably a good option.
You can also try syringing a little bit of olive oil into her mouth, works well to lubricate there insides and help them poo when they are impacted.

lots of watered down juice then a few hours with direct heat on its tummy (i use a microwaved wheat heat bag)

then a warm bath (let it swim for a bit, the exercise helps)

and u should have more poo than u hoped for!! :p

Are beardies supposed to go everyday? Mine only poos every other day, and he seems fine...

Success !!!
We Have Poo.....I repeat.... We Have Poo !
the biggest he has ever done....looks like a mini dog turd.
Thanks all for your help.
