NO as if u get caught it can become costly,
why dont you give them a call,
have they processed the moneys yet? if so give them a call and they can supply the Licence number for you.

i have rang them a few times now they just say hasnt been processed yet yea thats wat i was trying to do was cos wen i did my reptile licence they just gave it to me in lik 2 days over the fone

if they have processed your payment that have processed your application and should be able to give you the numbers over the phone im currently awaiting myself there very slack down here in nsw
