Is this tank big enough for two turtle hatchlings?

Hey,

I want to get two turtle hatchlings (an ELN and a short neck) and was wondering if this size tank would be big enough for them. It is 60cm long, 30 cm wide and 30cm tall. If so how long could they stay in there until I upgrade?
