He guys put my knob tail gecko (both 5 months of age female and male)
and they began waving their tales at each other.
Any ideas?

should i be reducing their temps at only 5 months of age?
Thanks guys love the advice

Mating behavior, the males usually start but my girl has before too.

Ummm at 5 months don't think they would actually breed, surprised you could accurately sex them at this age.

Yeah that's right.
As i said it is Extremely unlikely for them to breed, if it was possible the female would almost certainly have LOTS of problems.
How long are they?

Hummm it is breeding size. Do you keep them in the same enclosure?

Is she around 20 g?.
because you live in melbourne ambient temp should be enough to "cool them"

Put them together and see what happenes I guess. If not now late next season should be mating like crazy as they are the propped breeding age.
