Just wondering how other people setup up there young bearded dragons, I have a 18" UV fluro light & a 75W spot light at one end with basic thermostat. This is for 2 hatchies. & I'm wondering if there really is a need for the fluro...? What other cheaper options are there that will work equaly as good? MVB's I read are for large enclosures. Anyone with imput will be greatly appreciated, also the enclosure size is L1000mm x H450mm x W500 mm.

All I wanna know is there a good choice of daylight globe that provides UV & heat for my size enclosure that is good enough for the beardies or is it a must that I instal a UV fluro tube?

I use tubes.. no thermostat..

(sorry Can't flip :?)

I use tubes also but i know of a lot people that use those dichrolic down lights for heat and uv with the glass taken out of them.

Unsure how affective they are in regards to what sort of UV they put out but plenty of people use them.
