Long Neck turtle lump on neck

Hi Guys and Gals

I have a ELN and he has started to show a lump or wart on his jaw area

pls see photos any ideas he eyes are bright he eats ans is always looking for food ans swims all the time :lol:

Could be any number of things. Personally I would see a vet.
