Here is two pic's of an WA Ord river BHP,
These two pictures are of the same python first pic at 14 months of age and the second pic is when it was a hatchling.
Thought that some of you would like to see that they do change a bit when growing. This BHP has and is getting better as it grows.

For those interested, with the WA bhps the further north the animals origin the more red / orange it has in its pattern. Those at the western edge of the range have black stripes without red.

The top shots a beauity Tim, very nice.... :), amazing the change, as they age.

Thanks indicus,
Yes as I am sure you would be aware the changes in a number of diffrent species of pythons/reptiles from hatchling to adults is amazing.
Some good and some bad.

hey Mick, She is nearly thirteen going on 25, oh you mean the snake! She nearly 2.

LOL Jezza, I can relate! Nice pics everyone! :D

That's a gorgeous hatchy Tim,i wish they'd keep their deep crisp black bands as adults, some tend to almost lose their bands completely as reasonably old animals.Haven't seen it in WA bhps but with many eastern forms.Just wondering if brain's parents looked different than any regular bhp?

While you're getting a few more pics of brain Tim,could you please take a pic of that insane black and white jungle,i would love to see how it's coming along and how white it is as it was due to shed when you posted some pics last time?

G day Brown,

I will take a couple of Pic's of brians parents for you to check out and all so a couple on new pic's of Brian and her sister.

The black & white that you are asking about is now more black and very light grey, this one did not hold the white like other in the clutch. But it is still a stunning python with the pattens that it has. Will take pic so you can see.

I hope to get some time later this week to get the camera.

Regards Tim

Thanks Tim,a shame the black and white didn't stay white , i think they're very much like black and golds in that department where the same parentage can produce stunners and fuglys at the same time.Tim,that one of yours has the wildest pattern and i hope you breed from him or her...

Here are a couple of bhp hatchies,
hope you like 'em

they the ones you bred ad? they look nice

thanks ricko, yeah they are siblings from this season, though quite different in pattern and colour, i like them all!
Cheers Browns!!
