python aircon problem

ok so about a month ago my yearling bredli got out of its enclosure and was found a few days later by my other half when she turned on the aircon.
the snake coped a wack to the back and tail and a bump near its mouth
was one lucky snake only came out with scuff on its back but the tail took a beating about 3-5 cm's of the tail.
it seems to be healing ok but im a bit concerned its recently stoped tounge flicking alltogether and has'nt ate scence we found it.
me and an experenced herp keeper took at look at the mouth but couldnt find anything wrong so does anyone know what might be the problem

ambient room temp is 26deg
warm end is 33deg
cold is 26-29deg

and b4 anyone asks theres no herp vet out this way the nearest one is in crows nest (that i know of) and i cant get there cuz of work

any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it roam around the enclosure at night?

use to eat every week sunday at 6pm 1x ft weaner rat
doesn't roam around the enclosure anymore
yep hardly ever comes out only for a drink

Maybe an infection caused by the injury, particularly the bump near the mouth. It would probably be a good idea to have a look inside your snakes mouth and for peace of mind, take it to the vet.

and we had a look in the mouth and could'nt see anything out of the ordenary

sounds like you need to take some time off work or get someone to take your snake to the vet. there make be more injuries to your snake than you can see

He is probably in a lot of pain. With that bump near his mouth, it is probably painful for him to flick his tongue. He has suffered a traumatic ordeal and needs to be mended. If you can't get to a vet, dab betadine on his wounds to prevent infection. If they get infected he will need antibiotics - even if you aren't near a reptile vet, your normal vet will know how to prescribe antibiotics so keep an eye on the wounds. And let him rest up. Warm end kept at its max. couple of hide boxes in different areas of his enclosure and leave him alone. You will need to keep an eye on him but keep handling minimal and no food for a couple weeks. Just let him heal.

Is it possible that it got a chill while in the air con & got a bit of a respitory infection ?
I've noticed that their tongues get 'gummy/sticky' with a resp infection & they can't seem to
flick it out as readily.
