Tried to grab some better shots of the robust skinks by luring them out with a roach, it kind of worked till one leaped up and grabbed the roach out of the tongs. God these guys can eat lol.

they were are great pick for sure hornet, awsome little guys, im sure they will get used to your movements, particularly if they are grabbing at food like that.

Nice Skinks, will you be trying to breed them next year?

Do you know if they are male + female hornet? I wana know Wat sex my baby water skinks are but I dunno how to find out n def not guna try, guess will have to see if the ones I end up keeping hav babies or not lol

these guys are too small to sex but when they are big enough i'm hoping to get a good idea on sex, if i have 2 of the same sex hopefully i can buy or trade for the sex i need but i'm hoping these guys turn out male female :)

These guys are great.
I love watching them outside untill they see you.
The rain is making them very bold, coming out for the smallest glimpse of sunshine!

get some pics of them if ya can. They are meant to be common all up the east coast but i dont believe i have ever seen them in the wild lol. I have seen the copper tailed skink but never these guys

Yea all we get in my immediate area are garden skinks (Lampropholis delicata) and Snake eyed skinks (Cryptoblepharus pulcher). I believe i may have seen a tree skink a while ago but was the only one
