It looks like the tissue surrounding the eye is swollen, rather than the eye being sunken. We sometimes see this when snakes have mites - the mites get under the eye surround and feed on the snake's blood from the soft tissue around the eye. Have you had the snake long, and could it have mites?

I have had him about 3 months now and he is kept on white paper towel and I haven't noticed anything. And none of my other snakes seem to have mites.

I agree with pythoninfinite in that its the tissue around the eye that looks to be swollen and is causing the eye to look like its sunken. Is there any discharge? Does it bother the snake if touched? It could be an infection, or as they said, mites. Either way, a trip to the vet is a good idea since the eye is such a sensitive area and if this continues it could cause damage. Even if the vet cannot say for sure what it is, they will most likely give your snake antibiotics or anti-inflammatories of some sort to help with the swelling.
