I agree, except I don't get the part about the shed being extremely dry, they all go like that when left to dry out.

if the pic of this shed was taken immediatly after the shed (which i suspect) it should still contain enough moisture to take away the translucent appearance that shed has, the sheds from my spotties still don't look that dry 12 hours later, also the OP said he sprayed the enclosure daily ...............................Ron

The picture was taken anywhere from 4 - 16 hours after she shed. I misted in hee enclosure after I discovered that her shedding was going on for a couple of days. This will definitely be corrected for next time! And the Habistat PPT arrived today! So happy! Although she was fed today, so I won't install it in her enclosure for a couple of days.
