VHS meeting at Monash University, Clayton campus this Friday

Hi all
Rob Porter will be down from Queensland this week to talk about keeping
and breeding geckos and legless lizards. The night should be off and
running at 7pm, big auction rabbit breeding trolleys, rat cages,
enclosures, animals (thick tailed geckos, southern water skinks, hybrid
carpet/diamond python, freshwater turtle ALL ANIMALS MUST BE COLLECTED
AT LATER DATE), mags, books including rare collectible Charles Barrett
Reptiles of Australia usually sells for ($200). members please support
the meets by bringing goods or animals (prior arrangement for animals
03-9437-0755) )raffle etc. Due to hungry demand pizzas are back to
provide light supper. Signs will be strategically placed for all to find
the premises easier.

The VHS are great at organising quality speakers and venues which always makes the meetings worth attending. It is a pity that they do not seem to be quite as good at promoting the meetings. Me thinks they may need a publicity officer (but I am not volunteering as Trader has drawn a firm line on more out of the house activities).
