G'day guys,

A lot of us interstaters would absolutely kill to be there, but prior business arrangements and prohibitive cost make it impossible.

May I suggest that someone sets up so high quality video cameras to capture the talk, and make a DVD available? DVD's are very cheap to make these days, it could be a nice little money spinner for VHS and allow those who can't make it be able to witness such a unique event.

Great to hear. Was really keen on going but simply couldn't afford the time to fly to Melbourne.

Good question. I would assume that they will open about 6:30 - Kevin can you answer this?

In reality, given that it is a University campus, people can probably gather as early as they like but may not get access to the lecture theatre until closer to the appointed time.

We will be setting up from around 6.00PM.

As Judy said people will be around the area most of the day.

Indications are that there will be a fair sized crowd as the talk is certainly one not to be missed. There will be something in it for everyone!

We will not let folk into the actual lecture room until the cameras have been set up and tested but you are welcome to come and grab seats from say around 6.30PM.

There should also be a bit to see in the foyer and plenty of people to catch up with. So there should be no trouble passing a bit of time if you are early.

Look forward to catching up with you all on the night.
