which thermostat for incubator

Later this year I will be building an incubator so I was wondering which type of thermostat everyone is using for their incubators. Further detail into which brand would be greatly appreciated

I've been looking at the habistat pulse proportional thermostat from the Herp Shop, any opinions on that thermostat?
