If anyone can give me some advice, I'm really quite worried.

I have two angle headed dragons which were all good a week ago. I went on holiday for a week and left a friend to feed/water and spray them. The temp is set at 24 degrees and and uvb light on a timer.

I've come back and one looks really weird, with a hump in his back, holding head back sort of scrunched and keeps opening his mouth! I asked the friend, apparently nothing happened except he keeps opening his mouth.

What can I do to help him. The other one looks a bit pissed off and may be sulking....

you want temperatures closer to 28-30c

make sure you're using the right kind of UVB, I would recommend something like a T5, 5% output

what you explained (a hump in back and neck scrunched up) could be the start of some MBD, but without seeing properly, it could also be the lizard in a defensive position

Thanks for the reply... I'll up the temp now 🙂 I'm taking him to a vet tomorrow so hopefully I'll find out what's happening so I can help him

Ok, so....I'm dusting crickets and hand)force? Feeding Herbert..... Angel seems ok, looks like she's fed herself as well as four handfed crickets.

Herbert is my main concern, the vet is saying it may be MBD although can't rule out trauma.

I'm trying to feed him crickets but he keeps spitting them out.......I'm moving him onto wombaroo slurry tomorrow because he's really trying but can't feed properly yet

Any advice around this would be great....
Thanks xx

If Anyone has gone through this....pls reply...... Eg amounts of feed etc ..,.I don't want to force Feed too much / how long between Fred's etc... he's pretty weak aym and it's really heartbreaking to see
