Hope someone can help!!!
I rescued a blue tongue from a bird attack. housed him bathed him took care of him, force fed for 3 weeks. He has finally fed and drank today (yippee!) :D on his own - but he still has not opened his eyes?? can anyone help me with this. I see NO DAMAGE AT ALL TO HIS EYES> Today for the first time his eyes started to weep?? I also keep water dragons.
Whats going on here?? please help!
Thanks Angela :(

My shingle was like that, but he simply didnt want to look at me i think. If i left him alone he would sneakily open his eyes and carry on his buisness.
I hope your not housing this bluey with the water dragons tho.
If the eyes are weeping, maybe a cotton ball with warm water and lightly wipe the eyes to remove the discharge, try and see they eye if possible
Otherwise take it to the vet. Its wild so you shouldnt be keeping it, and you shouldnt have to pay the vet if you just hand it over.
