Hey guys I have a coastal nearly 2 years old. He's not a great handler but bites can be avoided with care, but he has a habit of snapping at his tail not accidentally but almost as though he doesn't realise it's part of him and it moves past his head and he strikes it is this a common issue ?

He's a bit cage defensive but fine once out he's eating great it's just the tip of his tail freaks him out
