Hi,
Just wondering if anyone keeps Jacky Dragons on this sight? If so, can someone post up some pics on this thread of there enclosures and give me some pointers on how to care for them?

I have looked pretty much everywhere but can't find much info about them.

I am looking for info about diet, heat, tank size, incubation, substrate, etc. Pretty much all there is needed to know about taking care of the Jacky Dragons.

Thank you,
Tyler

diet is crickets woodies flys etc etc

tank size i would suggest 3ft would be a good size tank to start with for a couple

substrate - when i kept jackies i kept them on the $7 a bag bunnings sandpit sand

i gave them a basking spot of around 35c using some down lights

very easy animals to care for good size too and more fun when kept in small groups

just give them as much space as you can and logs to run around on bask on and climb on

I have a 4ft.. Would that last a trio for life? Is CalGrit a good substrate? I am using it for my turtles at the moment on the bottom of their tank and it is digestible for them, but not to sure about Jackies.

I would not recommend anything like that calgrit or gravel.
I reckon sand is the best substrate.
I think a pair would be fine in a 4 foot
