hey i just went in and checkd on my port mac and found a blister type thing on its tail and her belly is goin all red like it is bleeding under the skin can any1 help me at all

That's a vet trip for sure!
She may have burnt herself on something?
Whatever she has done, she will need to get the wound treated and probably go on a course of anti-biotics.

it doesnt look like a burn i have had that before.........ill try get some pics up

If this has happened before why didn't you fix the problem or learn from it?
What heating methods are you using?

If it is a burn and you cannot seek help from a herp vet, a normal vet who isn't afraid of snakes will be able to provide you with the medication needed.

it happened on a different snake and cause it was in a glass tank it got burnt but this is in a click clack and looks nothin like it did on the other snake

sounds like scale rot... take it to a vet straight away... if u cant in the meantime try and lower the humidity in the enclosure and clean it of any feacies etc as that can be one cause for it post some pics if u get a chance...

If a vet "doesn't do reptiles" they will call a colleague and ask for advice.. take it to any vet.

i agree with noah07, sounds like scale rot to me. In most cases i have herd of, it is caused by unhygienic conditions and possibly poor heating. If the enclosure is cleaned well, heating correct and a trip to the vet, it should come ok.

good luck, hope he/she comes out ok

im ringin a few now we only have two 24 hour vets 1 just said take the water out and wasnt rly interested and the other is bizi wid someone else

Just keep calling back until they are no longer busy.. if you don't get onto one tonight call first thing in the morning. Better yet, get in the car and take the snake to them - they can't ignore you if you are right there in their faces.

sounds like it could be sceptic, if it is dark red rims around the scails, and has a yuck smell to it, then it may die very soon without help

i clean it once a week but when i went 2 clean it then it had a poo pretty much half the size of the snake and the humity was pretty high aswell

how often do u cleen its click clack?? and what sorta heat r u using??? click clack should be cleaned daily and also water changed daily aswell..

just got sum pics uploadin them now cant rly get many good 1s she keeps movin
