The boys are correct – Marbled Gecko.
Gehyra (Dtellas) have claws that originate out of the upper surface of the toe pad and jut out well past the expanded disc. In most other genera (except Hemidactylus) in WA the claws come out from underneath the scales on the toe pad and are usually covered, only being clearly visible when you turn the toe over. Gehyra also only have 4 digits with claws – the first digit lacks one.
The swollen areas in the neck, just anterior to the forelimb, are calcium stores used by females when laying eggs. From the size of her, she could quite likely be gravid. The eggs would be visible through the belly skin.
