Anyone seen this before? Came out of a yearling coastal, it is not foamy, just an excessive amount of chalky looking discharge.

Nope. If it's just white it should be fine I think. Just keep an eye on her.

If it's an od colour (green or something) then vet.

What's she been eating?
 
I agree with paleoherp, looks normal to me. Some times its liquid, some times semi-solid and dries hard and chalky.
