Oz black not fitting in exo terra reflector?

I just bought a new OZ black ceramic heat emitter but it doesn't screw in far enough to work in my exo-terra dome reflector thing. Anyone know a way around this? Or have encounter this problem?

Are there any ES extension inserts or anything like that or will it just not work period?

i dont think it will fit, as far as i know exo tera dont make creamic heat emitters, so they dont make ther holders/fittings to suite, so its kinda like you have to buy there products for the device.

its anoying it know, as for extenstions maybe try a lighting specilast

Exo terra make ceramic heat emitters, but I guess their ones are made to fit. It maybe one of those features so you need to buy exo terra products to fit together and not mix and match....

Thanks though I will try the lighting shop on Monday...

Anyone else got any suggestions..I don't really want to have to send it back to the shop cause I've heard they are really good and would prefer to somehow get it to fit...
