Well the kids were told....... & as expected they cried. But, they are tough little critters, & they know they were lucky to get what time they did with her. Donna has asked the kids to help chose where in the 'fairy' garden Ebony's ashes should sit, & they will leave the "E" angel plaque we got for her there also. She shall be 'laid to rest' this afternoon. My babies have also decided to 'make it their mission' to help Buddy (Ebony's best mate) through this sad time, as he hasnt eaten since she passed, he just looks so lost! They have asked me to pick him up a 'stuffed puppy dog' toy, it has to be white like Ebby, for Buddy to sleep with so he isnt alone. They are also going to have daily cuddles with him, hopefully his saddness fades & he starts eating again, it goes to show how much dogs can actually feel pain as we do! Thanks for the kind words everyone, & if anyone has any other tips on how we could maybe help buddy through this, id love to hear them.
