My first snake had RI the day I got him, all you could hear from him was a faint 'click' every now and then.

Other signs of RI are:
Yawning
Face-rubbing
Odd thermoregulation behaviour (such as staying down the cool end when the snake is already very cold)
Excess mucas in the mouth
And eventually bubbles coming from the nose

After this it usually means death. So I would get him checked out just in case.

the best way to tell if its R.I. is to look for 'snot' on your enclosures glass, i had a snake get ri a few years ago, the first thing i noticed was streek's of 'snot' on the glass on the enclosure, were she had been rubbing her nose.. a timer died & a heat mat was off for 10-14 day before i noticed.. thats all it took..

sums it up really..

how long is every now and then.h that click sound. my other snake does it like once an hour and has done it since i got her and she has been in perfectly good condition like that for over a year now. i think the click with me might be off a piece of clothing when they rub on it. but no breathing or wheezing heard today so hopefully they are alright. also, no mucus etc. and they are thermoregulating perfectly. now basking and at night will come down and explore.

wat do u guys think

id say try to peeve them off, s the his and carry on (try not to get bitten)
and lission to the hiss, you should hear a clean "dry" sound, if its RI, the hiss will sound gurgle/ snotty (like when you hear someone try to cough up a golly), this may however not prove a thing if in the early stages
thou. at any rate and as said before, as they are NEW snakes to your collection a vet check is always a good idea.
especially if there i any doubt regarding there health, also should be noted to, to wash your hands before and after handling them so as not to spread any potential germs around to the other critters.
and sort something out to separate them too, the added stress from sharing an enclosure often escalates any health issues

1. Like every 5mins - 1 hour.
2. Snake don't wear clothes... So can you clarify the clothing sentence for me? :p
3. I'd be worried if they weren't breathing. :p
4. That's good that there's no wheezing or mucus.
5. Glad to hear they're thermoregulating properly.

Lastly, you should still go to the vets for a check up. Don't want to spread anything to the rest of your collection.
Imagine how much you would regret losing hundreds of dollars worth of snakes just to avoid a $50-$60 check over?
