dpeica, the insects would die because TOD is an insecticide, designed to kill insects etc. it works in that way for many weeks upto months later, however is of no threat to you or your herps. thats the one thing i do like about it, if a cricket or roach get away at feeding time, i know that it won;t get far coz the spray kills it quick enough. just be sure you don't keep your feeder insects in with your herps if you use TOD
