my rat was dry :p before she busted it all open, unfortunatly the guts int dry . Thanks for all the different advice, how do I even tell if she is sick ... she looks content enough up on her wall rock...

"Busted it open". How'd she manage that?
Just curious because this has never happened to me.

she wrapped it, and the tweezers, i tried to get the tweezers out, she thought I was taking her tucker or the rat wasnt dead, squeezed and popped all its guts out of its belly. gross hey. Ive seen my stimmie squish a mouses gizzards out of the mouses behind before aswell, gross.

normally feed time doesnt faze me, but both those occassions I felt ill

Lol, I see. I don't feed with tweezers. Though I probably should.
That must have been a very enthusiastic/hungry stimmie... Lol. Or maybe it was just making sure it was really.... really dead, lol!

Edit:
Oh I forgot to add, congrats on the bark passing through!
Maybe she should get her own feeding tank as well? Avoids the stress (for you mostly, I'm assuming) of it happening again.

this little shoelace felt the mouse had to be squeezed as hard as it could for 20 mins it was bleeding out of multiple places and its ribs were mash potato, dident bust open though but thats because it was fresh, ones that have been frozen for a long time can be prone to busting open
