QLD Reptile Expo-final call to exhibitors

Just a question about the no selling rule. I know a few people including myself are bringing a few hatchys to show off, but if someone asks if they are for sale what do we do?

Can we say yes they are, but NOT at the expo? Or does that count as practically selling anyway?

If someone asks you if the hatchies are for sale, just say that you're unable to sell them or discuss selling them at the expo, but they are welcome to call you on whatever number after the expo. Or you can always take their number and call them.

if you've made up buisness cards,you hand them one ask them to contact you after the expo.you will get persistant people though so be discreet.EPA will be watching.

price drop for exhibitors

just letting the exhibitors know that since we have had a good responce to the expo and we are confident that expo costs will be covered ,we have decided to thank the exhibitors for their support and drop the booking price from $50 to $10. this is a small "thank you" for the support of the out of town exhibitors while also encourage locals who only own one or 2 reptiles to bring them along and be part of it.
around 170 reptiles booked in so far.
